Whatever story you’re telling, StoryForge’s manuscript editor has a variety of tools to help you beat writer’s block and keep writing. We’ve built a text editor with an easy-to-use notepad, and access to feedback from readers. You can even customize the look of the editor with dozens of themes—because writing is hard and you deserve a space that makes it fun.

Read stories with Feedback Bounties and reply to them with helpful feedback for a chance to be awarded with $1 Credits! It’s a huge help to authors seeking feedback on their work, and you get a little cash for the next coffee run.

StoryForge also hosts occasional reading and writing challenges, such as our 30k in 30 Days event, where authors are challenged to write 30,000 words in November! Top scores are tracked on a leaderboard, and participants stand to win awesome rewards.

Once you have a StoryForge account, you can access all of its features. Write for yourself in private, or share it with other StoryForge readers. As a reader, you can read on your own or engage with others in the comments. How involved you get with the community is completely in your control!
It’s completely free to make an account, but to purchase some in-app purchases may require a credit card or other method of payment. However, all of StoryForge’s core features are free to use!
